Offline - NVR Offline Checks

Things to check:
1. Are the live images on the NVR (Network Video Recorder) monitor, or if you have an analogue DVR (Digital Video Recorder) monitor?
2. Is NVR/DVR power on?
3. Is Modem power on and Internet active light(s) on?
4. Is Router power on and Internet active light on? 
If all above are yes, it is likely that the Router has been reset or the Router connection to the NVR/DVR is disconnected.
Sometimes your internet support will ask you to do a full reset. This is not advisable (power reset is okay).
If you have checked all the above and your System is still not online, please contact Accudapt Service.
