To access the Installer Portal (change settings for individual client sites, etc), login as "Accudapt."

To access the Property Manager Portal (manage fobs, and check status of readers or logs) login with your email address.

Fobs and residents are entered under Visitor and Staff -- Staff Auth. Click the New button to add a new resident and fob, click the blue pencil to edit settings for a resident and fob. Fobs are entered as "building address-apartment#-fob#). So the first fob assigned for unit 407 at 298 Guthrie would be 298-407-1.

RF Card is an important field. It's the number printed on the fob itself. Access Groups are collections of doors. They're totally arbitrary and can be edited/adjusted at any time. Lois Miller has the doors grouped by building. Check the box for whatever access the user should have. You can assign more than one access group. Hit submit at the bottom of the screen when you're done.

If a resident is having access issues, you can check the system log to see what's wrong. On the left side of the screen, click Logs. You'll see this screen:

The easiest way to find a particular fob in the listing (there will be thousands), enter the fob number into the Key box and hit Search.

You'll then see a list of all logged interactions with that particular fob in the last 30 days:

If the fob does not appear in the list, then none of the readers have logged its presence and it's likely that the fob number was originally entered incorrectly. Simple go to the Visitor & Staff section, click on Staff Auth and search for the unit # in the name field. If you run into issues troubleshooting or adding/removing fobs to/from the system, submit a help request through the Accudapt portal.
