Drives - Copying Files to an External Drive (USB connection)

  1. Copy the export file to the Server System Drive (Usually the 'C' drive).
  2. Then copy the export file from the System Drive to the external drive.
  3. Ensure the file on the external drive is functional, i.e. Open/play it.
  4. If the Server System Drive fills and space is needed, delete the original export file only after step 3.
